General Assembly of Members: Determines the mission and vision of the association.
Board of Directors & Supervisors (9 Directors, 3 Supervisors): Elected by the General Assembly for a 3-year term (eligible for re-election). The Board meets annually to determine the association's structure and strategic direction.
Chairman (1 person): Elected by the Board of Directors. Comprehensively manages and supervises internal affairs, and represents the association externally as the chair of both the General Assembly and the Board of Directors.
Secretary-General (1 person): Appointed by the Chairman to handle the daily administrative affairs of the association.

Finance Department: Responsible for financial and accounting operations.
Operations Department: Responsible for project-based operations and business development.
